Who we are
Worried Presenter is a Figma plugin that helps you rehearse presentations by recording your voice and turning it into a script with feedback. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the makers of Worried Presenter.
What we collect
We collect only what's needed to make the plugin work:
- Voice recordings — the audio you record while rehearsing is processed to generate a transcript and script, then discarded. We do not store your recordings.
- Frame content — the names and contents of the Figma frames you select for a run.
- Account details — your email address, if you sign up for early access or a paid plan.
- Usage data — basic, anonymised information about how the plugin is used, to help us fix bugs and improve it.
How we use it
We use the information above to generate your scripts and feedback, keep your account running, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your recordings or designs to train third-party models.
How long we keep it
We do not store your voice recordings. Audio is processed only long enough to produce your transcript and script, then it is discarded. Your generated scripts are stored so you can revisit your runs, and you can delete any run at any time. If you close your account, we delete your associated data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it by law.
Sharing & processors
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Worried Presenter — for example, cloud hosting and speech-to-text processing. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Access & deletion — request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
- Delete runs anytime — remove individual generated scripts from within the plugin.
- Opt out of analytics — contact us to disable anonymised usage tracking on your account.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the plugin. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
